Frank V. Hibbard, MBA, AIF®

Frank focuses on working with institutions, high net worth families and not-for-profits. Frank's career began with Armstrong World Industries following undergraduate school where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Bachelor of Economics. Frank launched his financial advising career after completing his M.B.A. Prior to Steward Partners, Frank spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Vice President, Wealth Manager.

Community is integral to Frank, and it has manifested itself with 13 years of service on the Clearwater City Council with three of those terms as Mayor. Frank has served on not-for-profit boards throughout Tampa Bay including Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Calvary Christian High School, corporate partners H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, Homeless Empowerment Project and as the former Chairman of the board at Ruth Eckerd Hall.

Frank has been married to his wife Teresa since 1996. He has two adult children, three grandchildren and three dogs.
